This one is like a slow poison in normal terms, to say about.It completely chews each and every vital organ until it destroys them.Its favourite organ is HEART and that is the main problem because once if heart is affected then there's nothing more to see forward.Hence awareness about this dreadful condition is very much IMPORTANT.
let's look at this condition under 3 points....DIAGNOSIS,CAUSES AND STRATEGIES FOR PREVENTION.
DIAGNOSIS:
Doctors generally ask you to go for 'checking your BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS' in order to say whether you are prone to have Diabetes or not.
FASTING SUGAR LEVELS : 70-110 mg/dl is normal range and your reading should be between 70 and 110 , this is taken early in the morning on empty stomach and that too u should not eat or drink anything 8 hours before the test is done.If it is from 110 to 126 mg/dl then it is said that 'YOU ARE AT THE RISK OF DIABETES'which means you will be affected with this condition in near future.if it is above 126 then you are called Diabetic patient
after taking the blood for the above test,you will be asked to eat something and wait for an hour to take another 5 ml of blood which is called POST PRANDIAL TEST which means the test done after you have your regular breakfast. And that is as shown below
POST PRANDIAL SUGAR LEVELS :80-140 mg/dl which is normal range.if it is above between 140 to 200 then as said above you are at 'risk of diabetes' and if it is above 200 then you are called DIABETIC patient.

1.you should do exercise atleast 1/2 hour a day and there's no excuse to it.just walk with your ipod or mp3 player on for 45 min at your favourite spot.it also relaxes your mind
2.consume 4 liters of water everyday because water breaks down the fat present in the food you eat and ultimately sugar levels in your body too listen to your commands
here fat is the main villian of human being but we love it very much.
3.eat junk food....but don't eat it regularly.acording to me you can have junk food for 2 times in a week but you should do proper exercise to destroy the bad content in it.

If you have any elders in your family suffering from diabetes ,observe them at regular intervals because they can die suddenly without any indication and one such condition which generally people neglect is diabetic foot which pollutes your body and cause sudden heart attack by making organs impure.Hence if anyone with diabetes are injured,be your grand parents or parents,take them immediately to a hospital for you now know all the complications.Blood vessels or in lay terms tubes which carry blood are infected with diabetes hence injuries don't heal in a proper time.Take care of the people surrounding for you are an educated person and you have awareness about this dreadful condition.
I am a medical professional . I am aware of all these facts but still i couldn't prevent the death of a 70 year old man who is not even my relative, due to this diabetic foot . I told his relatives about the situation and took him to hospital immediately and posted him for amputation{cutting of infected organs}.The next day he died because of the same reason.The reason is "its too late".his body is infected very much by that time.I felt so much bad ,for in this contemporary world still we have people who doesn't know this much.so please take care of everyone around you.
GOD MADE US TO TAKE BIRTH BECAUSE HE WANTS US TO HELP OTHERS WHO ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH EVERYTHING IN THIS WORLD.SO FULFILL THE WISH OF GOD AND BE A GOD YOURSELF ONE DAY.
